Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, we pride ourselves on making sure your order is 100% safe and secure, therefore we encrypt your data using the latest 2048 bit SSL security.

 

What if I order the wrong size? Or I just don't like what I've ordered?

 Not a problem - we know ordering online means you can't see the product so we want to make the process as simple as possible for returns, just let us know within 5 days of the delivery date and we'll exchange or refund your purchase as per our refund and returns policy

 

Is this product NRL official licenced merchandise?

Yes, everything has been officially endorsed by the NRL, with licencing being paid directly to the NRL to help with maintaining your teams financial performance.

How come some of these items don’t have sponsors?

We not only stock on-field merchandise which includes team sponsors, but we also stock what is known as the supporter range which doesn’t include sponsors. This has the advantage of allowing many years of wear without being branded as an out of date product.

What is the quality of the products like?

As all these items have been endorsed by the NRL they would have undergone stringent testing to make sure they meet the NRL’s high standards. If for any reason there is a fault in any of our products please contact customer service and they will organise a replacement to be sent to you in relation to our returns policy.

How long does it take to deliver the products once I place my order?

If the item is currently in stock and you live close to a large city you can expect to receive the items within 3-5 working days (depending on where you are located). However, our customer service team will keep you fully updated as to the delivery date if any issues out of our control arise.

What do I do if the size is incorrect or I would like to swap the item over for something else?

What do I do if the item is faulty?

Please contact our customer service team and they will organise the return of the faulty product and a replacement of a new one straight to you as soon as possible.

I would like to buy something but I’m not sure what size to get?

We all know sizes variation occur for all different items and this is no different for NRL merchandise. In this case we have provided you a suggested size breakdown within the which size to buy? section of our website, however if you are still unsure of which size to get please feel free to contact us.

I’m looking for a particular item but it seems not to be on your website, does that mean you don’t have it?

 

Not at all, please feel free to contact us for any item you may be looking for. There are a lot more products which we stock in the shop but not necessarily on the website due to ease of availability - we can also source many other AFL and other sporting products, so please ask!

 

I want to buy a football but I’m not sure which type I should buy?

We have various size synthetic and leather balls in stock. I personally have had a match grade KB brand leather Sherrin for nearly 10 years now with its fair share of use and it is still going strong however, the synthetic range is still great quality (AFL endorsed) and is great fun to play with.

I already set up an account with your website and I have now forgotten my password and can’t get back in?

When logging on to My Account, please select the forgot my password option. This should automatically send you a new password to your email account which in turn follow the prompts and gain access to your account. I have received a gift voucher - can I pay additional to buy something of a higher value than my gift voucher?

Yes, you can use your gift voucher to pay for items of a higher value than the gift voucher.  If your gift voucher amount is less than your shopping cart total, then simply pay the additional amount using any of the payment methods we offer (bank transfer, credit card online, PayPal or telephone payment).

I have received a gift voucher - what if my shopping cart is worth less than my gift voucher?

You can use your gift voucher to pay for items of a lower value than the gift voucher.  If your gift voucher is worth more than the shopping cart total then any let over amount can be used against any further purchases on www.marketsports.com.au
